Terms of Service

MoonBase lets you publish websites you've built — from idea to live site in one click. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain language.

Early access

MoonBase is in early access. Things may break, downtime can happen, and in rare cases data may be lost. Don't use MoonBase for critical, sensitive, or irreplaceable content. We recommend keeping a backup of anything you upload.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including the content you publish.

  • Don't share your password.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use MoonBase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to publish or upload anything that:

  • Violates Israeli law or the law where your visitors are located
  • Contains malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to harm visitors
  • Is spam, deceptive, or used for fraud
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Is adult or sexually explicit content
  • Promotes hate, violence, or harassment

Service availability

MoonBase is provided "as-is". We do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee uptime, performance, or that bugs will always be fixed quickly. We may temporarily take the service down for maintenance, or shut it down entirely with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger Zone. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages — including lost data, lost revenue, or any other indirect losses — arising from your use of MoonBase. You use the service at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If the changes are material, we'll let you know by email or through a notice in the app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tel Aviv.
